Is my Alienware good enough?

I have my alienware 18x laptop with i7-3740qm, dual amd radeon 7970 crossfire x, and 16gb RAM. will i be able to run games like Batman: Arkham origins and watch dogs on ultra or High settings?

Yes, but it'll frustrate you eventually on the software side. Alienwares have a whole bunch of gunk that comes preinstalled, and they start slowing down pretty quickly.

When you notice that, it's a pretty easy fix, though; you can just reinstall windows using the product key found on a sticker on your laptop. (Either on the bottom or under the bottom casing.)
