Is my AMD A6-6400k Black Edition overclock stable now?

Hi everyone! I have overclocked my AMD A6-6400K Black Edition to 4.5 Ghz on Asus A68HM-PLUS. My PC was doing Small FFT's when I was school, like 6-7 hours. Is my temps, overclock and Prime95 logfile okay? Prime95 wasn't stopped or crashed.

From the temp pick your only using 12% of the processor.

if your highest temp during testing is 41°C then it is definitely okay.
as long as no errors or crashing have occurred it appears fine.
