intel rig will perform better, but if you are anything like the last amd guy i helped (reports me for spamming his thread when i proved him wrong), ill still provide a amd build

intel rig wont let you overclock, but it uses half as much power, is smaller (if that is relevant to you or not), and will perform better in CPU dependent games such as skyrim.

note that us.ncix sells windows for a penny more and you get free shipping.

You still need OS so if you can reach $900 go for it if not drop the CPU down and the motherboard and you will be set

I really like the way you added a motherboard that was $65 more than it needed to be so the AMD build was more expensive .

The Asrock 97 Extreme3 has a better feature set than the intel board you listed and costs $75
