Here is my part list. I am trying to find out if it would through off my balance if I upgraded my video card to a 4gb GTX 760 or GTX 970. I use after effects and premiere pro CC 2014 constantly and no overclocking. I guess what im trying to find out if is my system is balanced and if its worth it to upgrade my GPU for what I use my machine for. I have about another 450 Im willing to put into the build for a full size case and and GPU.

For a little more this rig will crush the AMD one.

The 4790k will eat the 8320.
The d15 will give you overclocking headroom.
The 260x is better than the 650.
The phantom is a badass case.
A very good quality psu for for future upgrades.
You can add more hdd's/ssd's later if you want to.
Just install classic shell on win 8.1 to get rid of that metro crap.
Hope this helps!

Edit = Saw that you could go higher.
This one is with a different case and a 970.

well i actually have all these parts already. I purchased different parts throughout the year and I picked up the fx8320/asrock 970 ext3 r2.0 bundle from microcenter. My 3 year old editing rig was an Athlon II quad core I completed 200 video projects with and felt it was time to upgrade. I didnt go intel because I never really had issues with my AMD so I stuck with the brand. I may do intel in the future when a new chipset comes out but AMD is what im rocking with. My main concern is if the 970 is over kill for what Im trying to do. I just want to be able to edit in full resolution in premiere pro CC but want to stay in balance. My samsung EVO 840 Evo ssd is my boot drive with the Win7 and adobe CC suite the silicon power 120g SSD is my cache drive, the 7200 500g HDD is what I edit the footage with and the caviar green is my footage storage drive. I have another 5TB externals hooked up to the USB3 for back up. Thanx for the insight...
