Is my Asus a7n8x deluxe motherboard SSD compatible ?

I know it's an old MB, but want to get some new life in the system.

if it has SATA ports, you can mount an SSD. If its not SATA III (6 GB/sec) you aren't getting full speed out of your SSD, but it should still be faster than mechanical.
