Is my Asus M5A88-M Motherboard compatible with a gigabyte 1050 4g?

I'm ordering a 1050 but I forgot to see if it was compatible with my motherboard, I did some research and I do see it is compatible with a 1050 ti but I didn't know if that meant a regular 1050 would work just fine. Also please don't say to upgrade the motherboard, trust me, if I could I would.

Could you go the extra mile and get the 1050 ti most off them are in the range off 150 pounds or if you in dollars amazon.com selling them for 197 dollars-250 dollars

No I can't. 🙁 Also I already ordered the card because I totally forgot there might be motherboard compatibility problems.

It could work in your motherboard heard some comments saying PCI-E has backwards Compatibility and your motherboard is 2.0 and 1050s use 3.0 so hope it works!

Sorrybut some newer cards need UEFI bios on the mobo to boot. Since ypur motherboard has BIOS and not EFI it might not work.
