So I'm preparing for the next gen games.
I have this build, but I trust than somewhere can improve. Especially the fan.
Anyway, here's the build:
Intel i7-4770K 3.5gHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB (16GB) DDR31600 Memory
Western Digital WD Black 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hard Drive
Samsung EVO Series 256GB
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card
TP-Link TL-WDN8400 802.11a/b/g/n
PCI-Expeess Wireless Adaptor
Cooler Master Haf X Full Tower Case
Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition
Corsair Enthusiast 850W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V/ESP12V Power Supply
Pioneer BDR-208DBK Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer
Windows 7 Ultimate /Windows 8 Professional
Asus VG278H 27" Monitor
Blackwidow Ultimate Edition Stealth
Razer Naga Hex League of Legends Edition
Razer Tiamat 7.1

Also, few other questions:
Is there any good recording software?
What microphone should I buy?
I'm doing this because I'm trying to open up a gaming channel.

Solution
get a video capture card, that will take a lot of load off your cpu when streaming/capturing your game sessions. any mic should work.

as for your reason for spending 120 more for an i7, you do realize we're talking SECONDS of difference between a fx8320/8350 an i5 and an i7 right? I mean something that takes 15 seconds with an i7 might take 23 seconds with the slowest cpu listed.

SECONDS

not minutes, not hours, seconds. This isn't 2005. CPUs are silly overpowered. So think about if those seconds are worth the extra hundred you drop on that i7
I'm a Capricorn, that means I HATE spending money, even when it's not mine, so from that standpoint:
There's no gaming advantage with a i7, swap for an i5.
Never been a fan of top end motherboards, they're usually crammed with features I neither want nor need.
The 16Gb is a lot too much, 8Gb is plenty.
Don't get me wrong here, it's a brilliant build but I'd just trim the costs a little.
A little off topic:
If you're going to use this for serious recording (band member? Composer? Session singer?) it might be better to get a pair of drives and put them in a mirrored array, it's just annoying for most of us if a drive goes down but losing an entire drives worth of work is going to be a real heartbreaker.

I also do some video editing, so I'm keeping the i7.
Same for the ram.
I've always like Asus, so that's that.
I could change to a sabertooth.
But considering that I use a pci-e wifi adaptor, I dunno what to choose so I'm going with hero.
For the drive's I can go with your suggestion.
But really, I'm worried about the fan.
