Yeah true, there's definitely better on every budget. But once you hit a certain price point like say $50 it's really a "pick your poison" type of deal.
It's good, but it can definitely be improved. Change the CPU to i5-6500 because it offers 15-20% more performance at only $20-30 difference. Considering you're on a budget, buy an H110 chipset motherboard. Other than that, you're good.
