Those parts are good except for that PSU, its a horrible quality unit and you should replace it ASAP.

"Tier Five
Avoid IMMEDIATELY. These units are highly unsafe to use. No such protections added, very thin gauge wiring used, false advertising and too much to list. Reference to a higher tiered unit for a better, money saving and a much safer unit. For your safety's sake, please don't order or pick one up for use in your system. These units are a potential fire hazard and could even kill you, let alone your system."

A good quality unit that would be plenty for overclocking and be enough for a second card is the EVGA G2 750W PSU. If you want just enough power for a single...
No. Why are you going with older technology?

Really? i build it for gaming, already got it, because i got big discounts on parts, and everything else

In that case, Skylake would have been better, but not by much, so you are good. You shoudl get an SSD and swap out that PSu if you can.

i have an ssd 120gb, and a 1tb hard drive

Well, then, when you have some cash, get the PSU i put in teh build above and swap out the one you have. You're not stressing the 750W so you should be ok in principle, but, having a good PSU is always a good idea as a bad one may cost you your entire system.
