hello this is my frist time building pc on my own so i wanna ask is this compatibile

ryzen 5 2600
motherboard
asrock AM4 B450M HDV R4.0
RAM
DIMM DDR4 2X8GB 2666 MHZ GEIL CL19
GPU
ASROCK RX 580 8GB GAMING PHANOTM D
PSU
LC POWER 600W LC600-12
and will i run new games on low-med 60 fps on 720p or 1080p

You'll want faster memory and a better PSU.

As long as you have fast memory (3000/3200) the Ryzen 2600, 16gb RAM & RX 580 8gb will be able to handle most games on Medium to High settings @1080P/60hz.

Yes they are all compatible.

However I wouldn't trust that PSU in a gaming system.

LC Power even lists is as a office PSU...

Could you get the Corsair CX 450W (grey label) by any chance? Even if you have to go from 2x8gb to 2x4gb to fit it into the budget it's worth it. Also changing from the RX 580 to the RX 570 should save you some money as well. There's also the 1600 AF which performs similar to the Ryzen 2600 and can usually be found for cheaper. Making these changes should be able to get you a better quality PSU.

That Deepcool "might" be better but isn't really something I'd get.

Im on budget i had better specs and then corona hit but nvm that i almost buyed 1600 af but it turns out that i needed bios update and i do t wanna brick my mb by actident ao thats why ima looking for 2600 and rx 580 or 590 but anyway thanks man for helping my alot in building my pc
