it seems to me fine But older mobos may need a BIOS update to support 4690K .

thank you for your time guys. also, about the cables that connect from the motherboard to the case's front panel (for usb, power & headphones) - do those come with the motherboard or do i buy those separate?

Everything you need cable wise , comes with the case , motherboard and PSU.
