Is my build compatible?

Hey! I had a Dell OptiPlex 7020 and I added an HD 5450 and 1 more stick of 4GB RAM to it. I was also thinking of replacing the case, power supply and graphics card and my build will be:

EVGA 500W (http://goo.gl/JLGpGx) (this will replace the current DELL one)
Rosewill ATX WolfAlloy (http://goo.gl/KKA3GC) (this will replace the current DELL one)
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 960 4GB(http://goo.gl/1gW4xM) (this will replace the current AMD HD 5450)
8 GB RAM
500 GB + 1 TB HDD
DELL 08WKV3 motherboard (already in the readymade cpu)

Please advise me if all this will be compatible!

You have to be careful with dell motherboards.

Often they have special proprietary cables for the power button that make them incompatible with aftermarket cases.
Can you post a picture of where your front panel items (power/reset/leds) connect into your board.
