I already have a MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Gaming X 2G and I live in the netherlands
For the PSU i want to spend less than 60 euro
My budget is 780 euro
I7 7700k is very high end cpu for a gtx 1050 . unless you gonna upgrade i dont recommend to go this way. As TrAAst said maybe Ryzen would be a better choice , but the calls is yours.
1)I would go with a better cooler ( Cryorig H5, H7) , cause 7700k is a thermal beast
2) If you are going to upgrade the Gpu in the future you will need a PSU upgrade too

Thanks for your reaction, I changed my build a bit on pcpartpicker.com

Summary : 735 ( no ssd or hhd in the build )
If you go with something like this , upgrade your gtx 1050 in the future cause other parts are really high end compared to the graphic card
