Is my build fully compatible? And is it good?

I am worried that the Noctua is going to take up too much space for my SLI 780 ti's, and too much space for my RAM sticks.

It is compatible, but you need to make some changes. Get an i7 4790k, a Z97 motherboard, and a more powerful psu.

Don't get two packages of DRAM to save a few bucks, there's no guarantee they will play together, the 4 stick set costs a little extra because all 4 sticks are tested to worktogether, also the programming for XMP is by the SET, i.e. 4 sticks will be different from a two sticks set

Please replace that horrible h drive. Sure, its 4 tb, but the rpm sucks... Get atleast a 7200 rpm hd drive.
