Is my build going to work?

Hey there, I'm currently deciding on which parts to buy for my new gaming pc. I have got a list of components that I would like and I'm unsure if it will all be compatible.

CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 955

Motherboard - ASRock M3A UCC

Video Card - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB

I already own compatible memory, hard drives, disk drives, sata cables and a case so I do not need to buy anything else.

I have purchased a 750w PSU with the correct connectors for the graphics card.

750W for 550ti?? What's your budget and gaming resolution?

it is compatible .however the motherboard isn't that good but it depends on your budget which you haven't listed . since you got a 750 w psu you might as well sli the same card when you get the money but you will need a diffrent mobo for that
