Is my build good enough?

OK, so I went to my local shop to check the prices of components and had to alter some of the components I needed for my PC. I also want to ask about overclocking and whether my motherboard, CPU and CPU cooler will support overclocking as well as WIRED INTERNET ACCESS. Here is my revised and final (hopefully) list:

Also could someone check my Intel plan and make sure its suitable for Battlefield 4 just in case I decide to go Intel. Will this support overclocking, as well as WIRED INTERNET ACCESS? Can somebody please suggest a cheaper motherboard which has good WIRED INTERNET ACCESS as well as being capable of overclocking. Here is my list:

Go With The Intel Build And Get The GeForce GTX 760 Performs Better

But can you suggest a cheaper motherboard because it ends up getting too expensive

Asus Gryphon would be the cheapest alternative. Get the intel build as suggested.

if you want to build a gaming rig get a GTX 770 or r9 280x.
