Hi all! This is my begginer pc build for gaming and would like to know if it's any good. I'm not looking for 1080p 60fps at maxed out settings. I just want between 30 and 60fps on most games at medium to high settings. Any and all answers are welcome. Here are the specs

Solution
For yoru goals that system will perform fine except you have a couple problems:

While the H110 will support the G4560 it is likely still running an old version of bios that does not, and on 98% of all motherboards you cant update the bios without a CPU supported by the current BIOS.

Also the EVGA power supply you linked is not very good. Not a parts killer but not going to be of lasting quality. I would frankly advise you to spend a little more money on PSU so that way a) you have a long lasting quality unit and B) it will support any future upgrades. Spending $50-60 now is alot cheaper then spending $35 now and $50 latter.

Get 2x4gb instead of 1x8gb of ram, DDR memory is designed to work in pairs, will see 10-15% improvement...

And if all possible use hard wired ethernet over wifi.

Your H110 board is not compatible with a 4560 without a BIOS update
That is a good quality PSU but it is highly unwise to get a PSU that cant support any future upgrade to the GPU.
