I want your opinion about this build. I will use this for web surfing and gaming. Tell me what to upgrade, i dont really like AMD graphic card and CPU so please no AMD GPUs and CPUs.

CPU: Intel i5 4690K
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 (Vertical Push Pull)
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A
GPU: MSI/Asus GTX 970 ZT-90101-10P
RAM: Changed my mind... (Getting 16GB)
Casing: Corsair Graphite Series 230T Orange

What market are you in? USA? Tuning is based on price/performance and that is affected by your specific market.

Overclocking has very limited benefits for gaming. The money saved might allow a much better GPU.
That's a decent cooler and will allow for good overclocking, if you get a good chip.
I would want a 'race-car' power supply for my high-performance gaming system, rather than the 'mini-van' PSU you have selected.
That's a decent motherboard, but I would use something different to save money or improve features.
Good choice with GPU.
If you are going to overclock, spend the extra and get fast (2400Mhz) memory.
Cases are a personal choice.

Have a look at these threads.
