Should I change anything? By this I mean any parts that give better/same amount of power for less money. For my case I chose to stick to my old one, a HP 500B microtower. How long is my PC expected to last in terms of games?

Budget-perfomance wise your build is excellent.With 750ti you can except playing modern games at 1080p on low or 720p high,maybe some gpu hungry games need 720p medium-low.But in general for 1-2 years you will play games at decent resolution-settings.
