Question is my build good?

Yikes! $1,000 total, or $1,000 + the CPU?

So we've gotta pull $500 out of that list?
(1/3 of the list cost).
I'll tell you right now, you're gonna have to give up all your RGB and then some to achieve that....

Also, PSUs are running about $40-60 more than normal due to COVID supply shortages.

Really trying to get the price down. Pulled $325 out so far and you've still got basically the same functionality: 16GB RAM, same GPU, 500GB SSD, high quality PSU, still mostly white, keeping RGB. Had to go down to a 120mm AIO, but I think that's fine for an i5-10600K.

More significant changes would require losing your white RTX2070 Super.... not sure how you'd feel about that.

Absolutely not true at all. The 10600 is a 6c/12t cpu, easily overclocked to 5ghz. more than enough CPU power for any current gpu on the market. Its actually a very solid pairing.
thank you for clearing this up for me :D can you answer my question about the fans that i asked tennis2 above this!

Ok its not bad but intel has been having lots of issues recently due their old arcitecture which always need patches which decreases performance ryzen would be a much better choice as you are trying to bring the price down. also intel has had many security issues recently aswell right intel is a bad choice
