if this is purely for gaming, then you won;t need a FX9590. You would be fine with a FX 8350. You won't need a 1000w power supply if you just getting one gpu. You don't need 16GB for gaming. 8gb will suffice.
If you are doing some rendering, videoing editing, it is still overkill.
If the MSI 280X you buy is a model (V277-053R), then it uses a reference board so that would be fine for the waterblock.
If you get the (V277-057R), then it uses a non-reference board.
You can use this site to check compatibility with waterblock

Hi I am doing It all really I will be over clocking gaming as well and a lot of editing and creative stuff cs6 Sony Vegas and I am going to be making a game with game engines ect.

I will be adding a 2nd and a 3rd gpu in time I just can't afford more than 1 at this moment

If you will be using distilled water in your cooling loop (I would recommend this), make sure you don't use a silver kill coil with your nickel plated water block. It will cause corrosion. Use a biocide instead.

I want the exact same water block for my FX-8350. :)

That should be fine.

By the way, if you use any heatsink besides the stock heatsink, you WILL void the warranty. Try installing the stock heatsink first (to make sure the processor actually works). It would REALLY stink if you voided the CPU's warranty by watercooling it, only to find out that it never even worked in the first place!

Good luck!

Okay I really want to get this right as it's really hard at 14 to try get another £1300 lol been saving for months birthday Christmas and selling sweets in school to make this money I guess it's okay if it's overkill because in like 3 years this will be ankle to keep up with the new stuff hopefully
