Looks good, but for $75 you should be able to at least get a H67. I've seen Z68's on sale here and there on Newegg for around $105.

^+1. A better mobo will offer a little more future-resistance. Check out Rosewill's cases. In my experience with half a dozen models from each manufacturer, the build quality on Rosewill is notably superior.
