It really depends on the games you play and what graphics settings you use.

Refer to this test on a 5700 XT. There are several games that will not yield anywhere near 60 FPS. Max settings are used unless specified otherwise. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-radeon-rx-5700-xt/

A lot of popular games at max settings/4K like Ace Combat 7, Anno 1800, AC Odyssey, Darksiders 3, Devil May Cry 5, Hitman 2, Metro Exodus, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Monster Hunter World, Rage 2, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and The Witcher 3 will average about 30-50 FPS, and most are less than 45.

You really need a high end card like the 2080 Ti if you want to get at least 60 FPS at max settings with a 4K res. Even then there are rare exceptions...

Even then there are rare exceptions like Red Dead Redemption 2, which at best has to be limited to Med/High settings to average 60 FPS or more at 4K on a 2080 Ti. https://www.pcgamesn.com/red-dead-redemption-2/pc-performance-analysis

This video shows a 5700 XT playing RDR 2 at 4K on max settings, and even with a 3700X, it averages only 20 FPS.

That said, Forza shouldn't be a problem with a 5700 XT at 4K, but CoD Modern Warfare 2019 dips to a 30s-40s average in places and singleplayer may be even worse.

I like to play on ultra setting.

If thats the case, i will prefer to buy a 2K monitor with 144mhz and freesync

Thanks
