The only Coolermaster PSUs that I would even think of considering are the Silent Pros. I've stayed away from crappermaster since they started using liar labels on their Extreme Power series of PSUs; any company that inflates ratings on their product so they can charge more money will not get my business. The Seasonic S2II-520 is a much better quality PSU than the GS series of PSUs from Corsair; if they are even close in price you should go for the Seasonic. I'd pay extra for the two extra years of warranty and higher quality of the Seasonic.
The GS600 is a good PSU but it is overkill for a system with a single GTS450. A good quality 400W PSU with at least one 6-pin PCIe power connector and 24A on the 12V rails would be sufficient. The Seasonic S12II-430 is more than sufficient and is a great PSU: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-430-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5bzevdbzp?pid=PSUD5XZ4PQNBPMES&ref=f81eae09-995c-4119-902e-2beeb15341ea If you intend on doing an SLI with the GTS450, then the SeasonicS12II-520 would work great: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5hzvzt9cx?pid=PSUD5XZ4KFH65H9E&ref=1ec79da1-f67e-47ee-b6f9-7919b5a2dd0e Both are also less expensive than the GS600.
