[SOLVED] Is my card about to burn?

Ive been running a gtx 1080 for about 3 years and i cleaned my pc today and i noticed behind the card where i plug my monitor its pretty dark with burnt spot like a rainbow.. is my card about to die?

you mean the support bracket? the metal that you screw down? this guy? shown is a half height support back plate.

the metal that holds the ports.
depending on what its made from and the humidity its not odd to see a bit of discoloration after years of exposure. if it is the output support bracket, I'd say your fine.
you can run the card through some tests and make sure it has not lost anything for peace of mind.

in my experience that's normal sauce.
it looks to be a reaction between the different metals in the back plate, the screws and the HDMI shroud.
