Is my card good enough

[Design Factor]

I've brought a R7 240 series card about a couple months ago, due to the restrictions of my computers housing/case I had to buy a card that was low profile as well as did not require external power. This card is slightly overclock and my specific card houses 4GB of DDR3 RAM available for use. Lastly my monitor is nothing special, just a 1366x768 resolution monitor and Im wondering if my card can handle GTA V. I wont mind if I'll have to lower settings, and mind you I was able to play Watch Dogs at around 30-20 FPS. I have a core 2 duo and 6 GB of RAM.

mmm....I honestly really doubt it. But, steam has a cool new refund policy, so I would buy the game, see how well it runs, and if you cant run it then get a refund!
