Is my computer bottlenecked ?

CPU - i5-3470 3.2 GHz
GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5450 Sapphire Edition 2GB
RAM - 8GB 1333 MHz
Motherboard - Dell 0M9KCM (sorry I don't really know )
I have a 1080p monitor
Please tell me if there's something in there that i need to upgrade so that i can play BF4

Upgrade the 5450 to a 7770/7790.

Yeah your GPU is really bad, I'd try to get something closer to the 300$ dollar range if you are gaming at 1920x1080.

Upgrade your graphics card and power supply.

Get a GTX 760 and a Corsair 500 watt power supply

Is that too expensive for you? If so there are slightly cheaper options but they will not deliver nearly the same experience.

I'd personally take the 7950 over the 760 as they're around the same speed but the 7950 is cheaper and comes with free games.
