Hello, my PC is acting really bizarre and I don't know what to do.

I spilled water all over my desk and after cleaning it all up, the computer doesn't seem to boot anymore. The power button turns it on, all the fans and lights seem to work, but my monitor can't get a picture. The weirdest thing to me is that while the power button turns it on, it doesn't turn it off. I only found a few very small drops of water on my PC and it didn't act up when I spilled the water, so Im not inclined to think it's water damage. After trying a few times I'm now getting CPU and DRAM errors through my motherboard's LEDs.

My specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
4070 Super
Corsair 750e PSU
ASRock B550M Steel Legend
32gb DDR4

How much water are we taking? Either way it’s very possible the water could have taken a bit to penetrate. You never want to run a system when there’s a possibility water is in it.

May have to start by taking parts out one at a time and trying to boot. Could have taken out the motherboard but not sure. I once worked on a prebuilt gaming pc where the aio began leaking and fried a gpu and the motherboard.

I haven't been able to find any water on the motherboard, but there were a few very small drops on the GPU backplate and top of PSU.

I couldn't find any water on it initially and it was working just fine until I turned it off to clean my desk
