Is my Computer compatible for this SSD/RAM?

I have a Lenovo g50-80 model 80L0002XNX.

I want to replace the HDD with this: http://www.samsung.com/nl/consumer/memory-storage/memory-storage/ssd/MZ-75E250B/EU/ the Samsung Evo 850.

The Ram I want to use is this: Samsung 4gb Ddr3 Pc3-12800 1600mhz 204-pin Sodimm

The SSD will boost your startup and loading speeds to a great extent. Its a good choice.
