Definitely Mid-Tier.

Processor and graphics are several generations old and graphics were not top end even when new. As noted, still a solid system.

I7 7700HQ leads me to believe this is a notebook...Not a desktop PC...But yea for a notebook it's more than enough, and probably mid-tier. Definitely can't compare this to similarly specced out PCs...
