Is my computer drawing enough power from this one outlet?

Hello,

This is probably the wrong section, but basically I have a gaming computer with a 450w evga bronze power supply plugged into a single power strip leading to a single outlet which also has a ps4, gamecube, xbox 360, pencil sharpener, and speakers plugged into it. Since I have all of these plugged into one single power strip connected to one single outlet, is my computer not getting the power it needs? I understand that when I am using my PC the xbox 360 and ps4 are off, but since they are plugged in, aren't they still drawing power away from the outlet so it draws power away from my pc?

I don't want a long explanation, just a simple answer will do.

Thanks so much for the help, it is really appreciated.

And ultimately...if all those systems at once pulled too much from the wall...it would pop the circuit breaker in the garage.
Not 'throttle down' the power going to any particular device.

Your PC will pull what it needs. If this is too much for the circuit, the breaker (or fuse) pops.
I'd like someone to correct me if I am wrong. I know it is about 110v coming from the wall, and I believe it is 40a, meaning from one outlet you can draw 4,400 watts. Which is 10 times the amount your system would need if it was using 100% of its PSU

Edit: Just checked google, it is 15-20a, meaning 1,800 to 2,400 watts from the wall. More than enough.
