Is my computer dying ?

Over the last two days I have been experiencing a lot of issues with my computer. First, I kept disconnecting from the games I was trying to play, and the internet speeds were fluctuating from 0.1 mb/s to my normal speed. I know my internet is having issues but heres the thing: my pc is also having issues. Just opening spotify caused my computer to bluescreen and me the most recent was right after I disconnected from my game, my computer bluescreened. I've upgraded most parts except my motherboard and ram (which has been running under speeds) and they are 6 years old. Is it time for a new motherboard/ram? I dont know wht my problems are
