Hi,
So today my PC started glitching for a second when i was playing rainbow six siege then it froze then turned my main monitor black and my secondary monitor white. I restarted and after launching the same game the same thing happened, so i restarted again. However both monitors said Input signal out of range and i tried everything to try and fix it until i decided to format my SSD and reinstall the OS which did fix that problem. But then after doing the first time setup etc i started having multiple problems. My main monitor has two green bars on the screen which i don't think are to do with the monitor since it doesn't appear on certain colours and is warping. My second monitor still says signal out of range and i cant put my resolution back to 1080p or i get the signal out of range problem on my first monitor. I also cant install any drivers or it shows and error saying bad image and a lot of text saying something about not being designed to run on windows or it contains and error, try install the program again using installation media.

So now i have this computer that has a lot of problem but don't know how to fix any of them. Do i need a new computer or is it a specific component that may be doing this? please help.

What would be the make and model of cpu, motherboard, ram, video card and power supply?
Could your get HWINFO, run it in sensor mode and run a game, after reset launch it again it should have cpu temp, GPU temp in the MAX column still kept.

it suspiciously looks like your video card ram or processor is(are) having an issue. but surprisingly enough it could be something else like the power supply or the cpu or the ram.
