Is my computer good enough for dark souls 2?

I recently got into playing games and I wanted to know if I can play dark souls 2 with my computer

This is what I have:
CPU: AMD A8-5545M APU with Radeon HD Graphics
CPU speed: 1.7ghz
RAM: 8GB

Might easily get good stable frame rate on low/min settings. And if not you can use steam refund.
