Is my computer good enough to play in 1080p and stream in 1080p on twitch without a struggle

Hello i just brought and made myself a new computer and i was just wondering is my computer good enough to stream and play games at 1080p without a struggle, my computer specification are:
CPU
Intel Core i7 i7-4790K CPU
GPU
MSI NVIDIA GTX 980 Gaming Graphics Card (
Motherboard
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI Intel
RAM
HyperX FURY Series 16GB
PSU
Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze
Case
NOVA1 Middle ATX Case
If so can you link the specification that i would need to set OBS to.

Yes, you should be able to play and stream in 1080p (h264) (30fps / 60 fps) without a struggle.

Just swap that mediocre Corsair CX PSU with tier 1/2 unit. See - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html .
