is my computer good for gaming

What speed is the ram? What games do you play? What resolution? Is it a desktop or laptop?

You should be ok for most games (30+fps) on low / medium settings @ 720p or better.

im not sure what speed the ram is as one of my family members got it built for me for my birthday and i would like to play watch dogs crysis and things like that

If you don't have a graphics card then you're using APU graphics. You should be able to play Crysis 1 & 2 ok, maybe 3 as well. Watch Dogs, probably not but it's not very well coded.

so would that help because my graphics card is a amd radeon hd 7560 so i dont know if thats good or bad or whatever

It's the 7560D, as I said it's fine for low end gaming but you can buy cards that would improve your performance starting from about £80 in the UK
