You really needed to ask these questions BEFORE you purchased the PC.

For recording and running high FPS, a decent high end video card should assist, along with SSD storage,

Im on an old i5 4th gen CPU with a 1650 video card and SSD, can happily record GTA at 40+fps.
 
This thread hurt my brain.
For one, formatting. List parts like
GPU:"Manufacturer and Model"
CPU:"Manufacturer and Model"
RAM:"Manufacturer and Model"
PSU: "Manufacturer and Model"
Etc.
Then you can compare parts lists to each other and we can actually get somewhere in this thread.

High end IMO is $1500+
