Is my computer infected?

Hello,
I was in the middle of playing Team Fortress 2 when my ping started jumping from 50-300 in game. I assumed it may be from my sister-in-law's sons playing online on their playstation upstairs but decided to run peerblock.

Peerblock keeps showing botnets being blocked on my computer:
Botnet on Simpur ISP
Spam and Botnet on China Mobile
Conficker Botnet On Smart Broadband, Inc
Botnet on VimpelCom Beeline
botnet on Siberia Branch of OJSC MegaFon
Botnet on MyKRIS

Should I be worried?

What anti-virus do you run ?

Right now I am using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Premium)

Malwarebytes has always been my go to choice!

I ran a scan immediately after noticing all the botnets showing up in PeerBlock, it didn't detect anything.
