[SOLVED] Is my computer running as well as it should be?

Over the past couple of months I've felt like my computer has been running a lot worse than it used to, I cant stream and play anymore when that used to not be a problem. I feel like my cpu usage and memory usage is a lot higher than it was before and I haven't made any hardware changes and I don't run any different programs than I did before. My computer averages at about 50% memory usage when not in a game and maxes out cpu when In any game, about 30% memory usage with nothing open

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

RAM 8.0 GB
