Is My Computer Running OK?

I was just downloaded Open Hardware Monitor to see how my computer was running. My computer is running louder than usual lately and I was just wondering if there might be some issues.

Update: Kept my computer off for a while. Just tried to start up and I got this:

Now, when I start up, nothing happens. My computer turns on but nothing is displayed.

Not sure what is at 103c..that is definitely over heating. You should not pass 80c. Also, what exactly have you been doing? Were you gaming? Rendering?

Looks more like bad data from the sensors or the software is misinterpreting it.

I mainly use my computer for gaming and watching YouTube videos. There's not much else I use my computer for. I have noticed frame drops and stuttering which playing games which isn't a normal occurrence. A while ago, I receive a notification that I had a power surge but I figured that was most likely caused by the fact that my PSU got unplugged while running.
