So I build a desktop a few days ago and yesterday, I randomly got a Blue Screen Of Death. I'm afraid it's because the cables were touching the components, it was a bit of a chaos inside the case. So I rearranged it to this:

Is my computer stable now?

by the way, here are my specs:

MSI H81m-e33
Intel core i5 4670k
MSI gtx 770 twin frozr edition
8GB
730 watts PSU

Sorry for bad English.

Firstly, you have a really weird mix of components. The graphics card and CPU are both expensive, but the motherboard doesn't support overclocking, so it's a bit of an odd choice.
Also, while I'm not 100% sure which PSU you have, I am fairly confident it's terrible. A 730W PSU that provides only 450W on +12v is very misleadingly labelled, effectively a ~500W at best. While 500W is sufficient to run a GTX770, if your PSU is poor quality, this could well be your problem.

The cables are definitely something you can look at improving, though it's unlikely they are causing issues. You didn't say which case you have, but it looks like there are cable management holes for you to thread the PSU cables into. The lose fan cables are something you should look at tying up as it looks like they could get caught in your cpu cooler.
