Is my computer temperature normal? Which temp should I look at?

My computer is just being used for browsing the Internet and this is what it shows.

The mouse pointer is garbled by the way. I'm thinking the GPU is overheating or something.

Anyway is my computer temperature normal? It's going to shutdown if it overheats right?

Yeahhhh, 89C is way too high for CPU temps.
