Is my cooler leaking?

I know there is not mutch to work with, but I recently got Seidon 120v water cooler in my pc on my fx 6300, and I looked inside just now and noticed these marks. Maybe I have just not noticed them before, but is my cooler leaking, or is there some other issue?

It might be worth noting that I got EVERYTHING in my computer installed by a shop called DCOMP (same place ALL the parts were bought from) so I don't want to void any sort of warranty, and if worse comes to worse I can go to them about it.

It almost looks like excess thermal paste but if it's under warranty from the shop I'd bring it back and have them take a look at it.

First pic is too blurry, second pic shows nothing that looks out of ordinary.
Please re-do the pics and make a circle with paint around the correct spots that u want us to check.
Isn't that near cpu just dust ?

I really don't know all that much about water coolers, so I don't know if this is just dust I haven't noticed or a leak or something else.

Those pics are better.
It looks like dust tbh.
Shutdown PC, unplug it from power outlet, click on power button once and wait 3mins so it could dissipate electricity in it.
Get an ear pick and touch the stuff to see if its dust.
At least that's what it looks to me, not a leak for sure.
After all that's a closed cooler, which doesn't use any colored liquid.
But its most likely dust
