Is my cooling setup ok?

The case I got is a BitFenix Nova TG, and it has three 120mm case fans. I got a corsair h60 water cooler in the rear taking in cold air and two extra fans in the front set up like this:

would this work ok? (its my first pc build)

Suck cool air from the front and bottom and blow out at the back. You want a fan in the back with high CFM...

Ok so should i place the exaust fan behind the radiator and attached the the case as well or in front of the radiator blowing the air through it?

Best is if you can put the radiator on the outside of the case.. You don't want yet another source of heat inside the box if you can help it.... If the back fan is used to blow through the radiator, you may want a high static pressure as well as high CFM, since this fan will basically be both your CPU cooler and case exhaust..
