Your solution looks good. HOWEVER, to only way to check is to look at the temperature of ALL your components (CPU, Motherboard, and GPU) once they are installed and working. Many other factors affect cooling. Some cases do not provide good ventilation. Sometimes the installer has the CPU fan blow hot air into the case, rather than OUT of the case. I suggest put your system together, then run SPECCY to check your temperature. Temps should all be below 70C.
So, I would say that having a good CPU cooler is only PART of the overall cooling solution.
