Is my corsair ax760 psu broken?

Hey community! So about a week or so, I ordered a corsair ax760 (non i edition by the way) power supply from newegg. I really like this psu but I feel that it might be a bad one. There are 2 things that i think are wrong: When ever the power supply turns off, there is a slight clicking sound (my old one never had a clicking sound when shut off). The second one might not be the psu it self, but sometimes, the cable that comes from the wall to the psu comes loose very slightly and turns it off. I have to wiggle it back in for it to turn on (im talking about near the psu and not the wall outlet side if that makes sense). Is the cable to small for the actual socket on the psu and will this pose any danger? Thank you for reading it all the way and any help would be greatly appreciated, Have a nice day guys 😀

Send it back and get a EVGA G2 750w.

Fits snug , no click.

Shouldn't be that loose.

i would like to have a platinum rated psu and plus i got this thing 50 dollars off 😀 so either if this is a really bad psu, i dont think imma switch it

Isnt the ax series (both i and non-i) tier one psus? its not like a cx series or anything outrageous

Yes they are very good power supplies.

I don't use tiers , but like I said very good.

Do these power supplies usually make clicking noises when shutting off? Should I send it back for a new one or get a different psu all together? (I would like to keep to this model though) Thank you for all the help your giving me.

Yes some power supplies make a small click.

So i should not be worried at all right? as for the cable, is it just loose? When i plug it in, there is a lot of play with it if that makes sense.

Shouldn't be a lot of play , I'm OCD about my components , it's probably ok , but it would drive me crazy . none of my 5 builds has a loose cord going into PSU.
