Is my corsair hx520 enough under full loads?

I am running:

Asus A8N-SLI premium
Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.6 ghz 1.325 volts I think
2x WD Caviar Blue Hd's
2x BFG GTS 250 1GB
1280x1024 resolution

Using corsair hx520

Will this be enough if I used the cards to run intense games or something like folding with the GPUs?

Probably. But if you are currently running the system and have run it on full load and the computer didn't randomly reboot, then definitely.

The HX520 is rated for a maximum of 40 amps at 12 volts.

My estimates of your power consumption:
OC'd CPU - 8 amps
two GTS250's - 20 amps
2 HD's & 1 optical - 3 amps
fans - 1 amp

Motherboard logic and RAM are powered by the 3.3 volt and 5 volt outputs.

I estimate that your PSU is running at around 80% capacity.

Honestly speaking...Even if you run a single GTS250 you won't be noticing any performance difference at that resolution.
You are wasting GPU power!!
