Is my CPU and GPU Temperature is bad?

your CPU's and GPU's temperatures are fine. anything below 80 degrees Celsius is considered as safe.
still you must change your CPU thermal paste every 6 months with a good quality thermal paste.

what about my voltage output guys
and i am using this thermal paste, and my pc dealer saying this TP is bad for normal pc (mine is white)
and he used silver coloured on my CPU, i dont know its name.

your pc dealer had probably used a silver based thermal compound. they are better at heat transfer as it has "silver (Ag)". the one which you posted in the link is not bad for the pc. it will get the job done but wont be as efficient as a silver based one.

Hi guys one more help please my voltages are fine right?

There is any problem in running in running GPU fan in 90% +?
i made graph based on GPU heat, @ 60c it plotted as 90% of fan speed it is like 4000+ RPM.
WIll it effect fan life span by a lot?
