Is my CPU bottleneck to my GPU?

I'm going to build a PC and I want to know if my Athlon II x4 760k (3.8ghz)
Will be bottleneck to MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (2GB).

I will be playing bf4 on max (w/o anti-alliasing).

Get a better cpu/mobo.
