Is my CPU bottlenecking me?

I wanted to know if my CPU is bottlenecking me in games. I'm not sure if my CPU is under powered for my 1050 TI and that's why my FPS in games is extremely low or if it's something else in my system.

I built my PC in January and have been using integrated graphics up until July when I got my graphics card. Does this have anything to do with it?

My CPU is a I3-7100

My GPU is a GeForce GTX 1050Ti by EVGA (SUPER-CLOCKED) I doubt it but, is my card too
strong for my CPU?

Is my Gigabyte - GA-B250M-DS3H (MOBO) outdated or under powered for my other components?

Or, is it my ram that isn't working well with rest of my parts?

ITs defently not a high powered CPU IF you could afford it an i7-770K would do wonders.. though I am not sure if that really answers your question. adding more then a dual core in some games will help out a bit. and adding an SSD for your games would also do a GREAT deal for load times.

That CPU is a good match for that GPU. What resolution? Define low FPS.

Use DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers and then re install them from Nvidia.

I definitely can't afford to buy a higher CPU but here's the situation, my friend has the same PC but with a worse i3 but his pc works amazing.

Yes. What speed is your RAM running at? Run memtest on the sticks.
